place an order?

Returns

& Refunds

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unopened and unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Exchanges must be done in person, no online exchange oprtion available. 

 

Services provided are exempt from being returned

Refunds

  • We do not offer cash refunds, however you may exchange your unopened and unused product for another of equal or lesser value.

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If your return is approved, we will ship  your replacement of equal or lesser value at your expense

Exchanges

We only replace/exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at [contact email or phone number].

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or defective item).
